In today’s episode, I have Heath Armstrong on the show to talk about how he built an e-commerce business that allows him to travel around the world. He uses “online arbitrage” and a team of location independent people to run his business, to build a 6-figure a year business that he spends little time running himself.
This was an extremely interesting conversation for me…
Heath and I jumped on a call before we hit record to plan out what we’d cover on the show, but we ended up going in a completely different direction. As you can tell from the beginning of our conversation we originally planned on talking about building a remote team, but really got stuck into talk about Amazon and this concept “online arbitrage.”
