Where To Find Ideas When Your Brain Is A Lump Of Mush…
OK… This is where you have to do a little bit of research. No matter what you’re trying to come up with ideas for, written content, video content… you can use the same methods and tools for everything. All you’d have to do is put your own unique spin on it to make it your own.
Method #1: Using Question People Are Asking Online Q&A Websites
Many THOUSANDS of people all around the world head to the internet to find answers to questions they have. You can use these questions to create your content! Not only will you find something new you probably didn’t think of, but you can also get into the heads of your target audience.
You can find these websites everywhere, but here are a couple I like to use:
You can use these websites to find questions people are asking and then turn them into content for your website, videos to create for YouTube, etc.
This will give you virtually an unlimited amount of content you create… Plus it will help answer questions your audience have.
Method #2: Hunt Down Forums Related To Your Target Audience
Pretty much every niche out there will have a forum full of people talking and having discussions about many MANY different topics… And you should be getting involved!
One of the best ways to find out what your potential visitors/customers are talking about is to get amongst them and the best way to do that is through these online forums. You can find out where their problems are, what they are looking for and what you can do to help them. This is also a great place to go to if you’re thinking of creating your own products to sell once you’ve set up your own online business.
To find these forums all you have to do is head to Google and type in:
Your Niche + Forum
Then search through the results for a decent forum and get involved!
Method #3: The “Alphabet Soup” Technique
The “Alphabet Soup” technique is mainly used to find keywords to use for your web content, but I also like to use it to come up with new content ideas as well.
This method is great because it shows you when is CURRENTLY being searched for on the web and it also gives you a potential keyword you can use for then content you’re going to great. It’s a WIN – WIN in my book!

Getting The Cogs Turning…
With just a little bit of research you can easily come up with many… Even 100’s, of ideas for potential new content for whatever you are working on. Creating new articles, blog posts, videos for YouTube or whatever, doesn’t have to be such a chore if you do your research.
I like to write down ideas in a “master document” for all of my projects so when the time comes to creating something new I don’t have to spend a chunk of time trying to come up with a new idea. All I have to do is look at this document and BOOM… Get started straight away on a new masterpiece!
Create your own master document and keep updating it whenever you get a new idea pop into your head and soon enough you’ll have 100’s of ideas and never be stuck for new content again.
